How does the AI scoring work?
Each resume is compared against the job description's must-haves and nice-to-haves. Every candidate gets a match score and a plain-language explanation. Anything the model is not confident enough to call goes to a borderline bucket, and a requisition's shortlist cannot be approved until you have reviewed every one of them.
Does DoyenHire ever reject a candidate on its own?
No. The scoring engine can shortlist a clear match, but it can never move a candidate to a final rejected state by itself. Borderline candidates are always surfaced for a human decision. It also never interviews or tests anyone.
Do I still source candidates myself?
Yes. You download resumes from Naukri, LinkedIn, or wherever you source, the way you do now. DoyenHire starts once you have the resumes and the JD.
Will candidates see DoyenHire's name in messages?
Never. WhatsApp outreach sends under your own verified business identity. Candidates see your consultancy, which is also why they are more likely to reply. You will need a WhatsApp Business number connected to your account for live outreach; screening and shortlisting work without it.
Does the tracker need separate updating?
No. A candidate's WhatsApp reply is the status update, and the one call-details form you fill after a call feeds the tracker, the pipeline, and the client report. You enter each detail once.
Is this an ATS? Does it replace our current tools?
It replaces the screening spreadsheet, the outreach chasing, and the manual status tracking for a role. It is not a full ATS: no offer letters, onboarding, or payroll. It sits between sourcing and your interview process.
Where is our data stored?
Resumes and candidate details are stored per account and isolated from every other account. Nothing is shared across consultancies, and outreach only ever goes out under your identity.
What does it cost?
Your first 2 roles are free. After that it is ₹499 per role, or ₹2,199 for 5, paid by UPI or card. A monthly subscription is available if you run roles continuously.
